Never thought I'd be in a situation like this but, 10/10 would recommend! The team at Feller & Wendt went above and beyond any of my expectations to help with my case. Ralph, Shirley, Amy, and others were great at keeping in contact and keeping me up to date on all the info I needed to know. Also, made sure that I was able to get the proper care during this process, even without having health insurance to help with costs. When the insurance companies make you feel like they truly don't want to treat you fairly and will only do the bare minimum, don't hesitate! I did a Focus Group with Feller and Wendt. If you get the chance, do one yourself! You're paid to listen and give your opinion about an event(s) that happened that affected someone in your community! It is an absolute blast. I would hear about the event and feel, "everyone must feel this way or that way", but then you'd hear someone else's perspective and it was really eye opening. I absolutely love love love doing Focus Groups with Feller & Wendt as they simply do not feel like work at all in the slightest. I just love hearing the goings on of the community that you rarely ever hear about otherwise. I highly highly recommend you do a Focus Group with Feller and Wendt as soon as possible because as soon as you do, you'll be asking when the next one is.

Dealing with monolithic insurance companies is one of the worst things on this planet. They are bullies. I wasn’t sure if having an attorney help would make a difference in the process. I’m so glad I didn’t settle with the insurance company. My settlement with the help of an attorney is a massive difference than what it would have been without it.

I loved being a part of Feller & Wendt's focus group! It was a great way to spend my time, test my biases, and earn a little extra cash. They were very professional and kind. I felt extremely comfortable sharing my opinions, even when my opinion disagreed with the majority of the group. I think there needed to be a little more control of who was talking and for how long, but overall, a great experience!
