Some attorneys are very generous with their time, knowing they most likely will make little to nothing from this case, but take it on because they care about the client and the situation they are experiencing. Molly Clark is ALL of the above. And I could not be more thankful and appreciate of the help that she provided my mother in a very difficult and stressful situation. I recommended Molly to my mother in a case involving a tennant who was simply trying to take advantage of her, and basically extort her with false claims and accusations. Prior to Molly getting involved, the lawsuit basically sat in purgatory for close to a year with less then minimal communication from her insurance appointed attorney. The stress is caused to my mother is beyond description. After reaching out to Molly, and her taking time out of her schedule to meet with my mother, Molly was able to have the frivolous lawsuit dropped, and help finally get the tennant, who basically lived in the apartment for 13 months and not paying rent for any of them, evicted. I called Fellerman & Ciarimboli about a month ago because I was being threatened with legal action. We spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes. They told me that I did not need an attorney. They also articulated a couple conditions in which I may need an attorney later on if circumstances changed. They were 100% correct.
