I was in a bad car accident a couple years ago I called around to a few different lawyers and everyone told me they could not help me. I was referred to Rob. I was beyond happy when I found him. He took on my case, and he worked very hard to get exactly what I wanted. I was in a lot of pain and took years to recover to where I am today. I am so happy I found Steven Hymowitz!! He got the job done!! I slipped and fell from a broken sidewalk where I lived. I could not get up. I was in so much pain. I went to the ER; via ambulance nothing was broken. I was shaken in pain. Two days after I had severe pain in my hip, four Dr's later and a MRI found I had a tear in my hip from the fall. I researched personal injury lawyers and saw the great reviews from Fellows Hymowitz and Rice. Steve Hymowitz became my lawyer. He said he only takes cases he can win and he did! I had to walk with a cane for almost three years. I did PT for a year, I can't even count how many Steroid Injections I got for pain. I ended up having a total hip replacement as a result of the fall a very difficult surgery to go through. I believe all the steroid injections deteriorated my hip as I had bone on bone. Four weeks later I lost my balance and fell and broke my femur. Worst pain I ever had. Steve was very empathetic to my pain and suffering. his paralegal Lynn Hopkins was like speaking with a good friend and was such a great help to me. I also met Rob Fellows in an Art Gallery he is very nice. and empathetic knowing my situation. The opposing counsel wasn't buying my hip replacement was a result of my fall two and a half years later. Therefore the case was from the fall and my pain and suffering.
