Called because I slipped and fell and she lied and said they don't handle the cases and, I called back saying its on your website and she I called her out that shes a liar and she hung up on me! Shame shame shame on you!

The review posted a few hours ago appears to be written by someone unhappy with the outcome of their case rather than the quality of representation. That happens in litigation. My experience with Mr. Prosen was the opposite—he was direct, knowledgeable, and transparent from the start. I do not find this review credible.

Expensive, rude, and extremely unprofessional. Spencer Prosen showed up to court without having submitted the evidence that was provided to him months prior, effectively tanking my defense. After I paid $9000, he dropped my case. Don't get scammed like I did. Save yourself the trouble and find someone that will have your best interest in mind.

Hands down the best trial lawyer out there. John Knodell absolutely destroyed the prosecution in my case. The State brought over a dozen witnesses — I had only one plus myself — and he still got me acquitted on all charges. He was sharp, relentless, and brilliant in the courtroom. His objections kept getting sustained, he tore every witness apart on cross, and his closing statement was unforgettable. The jury came back in 15 minutes: NOT GUILTY on everything. Worth every single penny and more. If you need a real trial lawyer, John is it.

Firstly, I should have left this review a long time ago, life has been wild. BUT I can honestly say that Paul Ferder literally saved my life, both from prison & repercussions that were not meant for me to endure. It took years, it was one of the hardest times in my life and Paul showed care and compassion that I never knew an attorney could possess(blame the movies). He walked me through everything, he stood up for me and made sure that justice was found and served to those who were at fault. If you're considering him for a personal defense attorney STOP LOOKING! He is the ONLY attorney in the state of Oregon that can take federal cases and help you fight them from the comfort of your home and home state(depending on your specific case obviously). He is an amazing human and anyone would be blessed to have him in his life in any context. Gets the job done!!!!! Paul is the best of the best. He's been practicing longer than I've been born. He offers a sense security that is undeniably comforting. He knows exactly what to do, and makes you a first priority. He's a shark and a sensible honest person. Paul is straight forward in telling you about possible outcomes as well as makes it happen. His office staff is incredibly efficient, and are always there if you have a questions to be answered. Extremely satisfied with all the promptness we recieved with paperwork, and all court document. I was looking at 18-22 months for prison time, and DA was not budging. I had 2 counts for delivery, 2 counts on possession, and a DUII.
