I hired this firm in November for my SSDI case. Other than the paperwork to hire them I hadn't heard anything back from them. Three phone calls later begging for action and I receive an email stating intent by firm to withdraw as representative. Not once did I actually get a chance to talk to the attorney.

The entire staff is Very kind, straight forward, informative, and knowledgable. It was a relief to know they were still working on our behalf during the disability process so we could focus on our treatments and just life in general. They really lifted a burden off of us and we are grateful beyond words! Im sorry to anyone who is going through suffering and financial burden .SSI/Disability is a process on top of it. After speaking with others about filing for disability many told me that it takes 2 or 3 years to get a determination and they usually got denied, Fernandes and Fernandes filed the paperwork for me in March and my disability insurance (social security) was approved the first week of August. You helped a 23 year old with depression successfully get approved but you can't seem to help me. I have depression,anxiety severe migraines with aura, post concussive syndrome, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, a sleep disorder, memory problems etc. 3 denials in. Just got another denial yesterday.

The Social Security Administration is difficult to deal with to say the least. It’s taken multiple meetings, phone calls and rounds of paperwork submitted to make any progress. It’s been an uphill battle but I feel we are making progress in my son’s case. This would not have been possible without Gary Fernandes of Fernandes and Fernandes.
