I don't think the owners realize how terrible the reception service is! I had a case with them, but I had to find another lawyer because they simply couldn't give me an appointment to speak with the lawyer handling my case.

Pablo may be a good lawyer but he needs better coworker, I have no problems with the front office. I have my appointment at 10: 00 am. I got called by 11:00 an hour after. I have an appointment with Frances Vazquez Perez, at the beginning. She was friendly but then she got rude, I was reading all the information she give to me because I got everything on me to give it to her. so we can start the case. She walked me out of the office in a bad way so I just walked away. I really don't recommend it,

Very unprofessional. Was asked to arrive for my appointment at 9:15a, arrived on time, and an hour later no one had called my name. Went to the receptionist up front and he told me there were 3 more people in front of me the lawyer still had to meet with. I was never made aware of this. If I’m asked to come in at a certain scheduled time why make your potential client wait? The lack of communication is terrible. I drove an hour to meet with Mr Fernandez just to have my time And gas wasted. Please think twice before waisting your money here. Disappointed to say the least.
