As with other reviews, I made an unwise decision about when to drive - then thankfully I made a better decision by hiring Mr. Fiandach! These situations bring so much emotional turmoil to manage, and the absolute last thing I wanted was to worry about exactly how and when to file court documents, or make anything worse by some sort of simple documentation or filing error on my part! So even just for peace of mind during the twists and turns of however long the court process goes, hiring Mr. Fiandach’s firm was absolutely worth it. Mr Fiandach is kind and personable, easy to converse honestly with, and I felt more relaxed walking into the courtroom with him because folks there respected him. His colleagues are always on top of everything that’s needed, and everyone in the office was always ready to answer my questions and never made me feel worse about myself (than I already did). It was invaluable that Mr Fiandach knows the process so well! In the summer of 2022, I was involved in a single vehicle motorcycle accident.
