Do not hire Fiedler Law Firm. They are totally useless and ridiculously expensive - you'll end up losing your case in court and regretting every penny spent. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! 1 star.

So crazy: two weeks ago I realized that my teaching at OPS, 1993 - 1998, they never--OPS and OEA--acknowledged that I was TBI. This after telling them, end of year one: "The reason I have trouble with organizing is that I fell 3 stories as a union ironworker." One woman said, "I'm sorry to hear that, Ron." Meanwhile, rep Tom Scates said, "I don't know how much the union can represent you." Of course, I did get another two years yet not once did Dr. Mackiel or OEA acknowledge I needed accommodation. Year five, new principal, Deb Frison, threatened to put me on Formal Intervention again. Which would've made it four out of five years. I just told Larry Heck, I want to resign. Bottom line, OPS/OEA dropped the ball big time.

Tom was great to work with. Met with me for a consultation quickly and took the time to understand the situation. Then helped me navigate it. Always felt he was looking out for me and really wanted to do what was right.

Tom Freeman got me in quickly and instantly made me feel heard, in a time where I was at a very high-stress point. He was kind and knowledgeable, not mention resolved my issue with a better outcome than anticipated. I never was left wondering about an update, he personally updated me throughout and responded so quickly. I am thankful and appreciative and can't recommend his services enough! His office is also warm and inviting- the front office staff was also friendly and responsive (and there is a precious friendly dog that will greet you, if you're into it).

My family and I were given Jessica Källström-Schreckengost's name by our trusted counselor. We needed legal assistance in obtaining a name change for our transgender daughter, and our other options were very cost prohibitive. After completing a simple application, Jessica most generously offered to take on our case pro bono!!
