Elliott is one of the more knowledgeable attorney's in the city of Chatlotte and when I say he fights for his clients ,he fights .Elliott went above and beyond for my business and he made sure that we were compensated fairly. When we first started our case Elliott showed poise and composure when communicating with opposing counsel. Also he was very confident that we could win and he was right .Through shere hard work, determination and extensive research of the law.Elliott lead the charge and we were victorious. Calm cool and collective like Elliott Nest from the untouchables and armed with extensive knowledge of civil law. We were able to prevail ,and I am more than pleased with the out come .I will most definitely use his services again, if needed..Also I would recommend his services to any business big or small .That needs a legal advocate that will fight for you and is not scared to face the big boys.Not to mention the affordable rates that his firm offers to small businesses like myself .No words can express how grateful we are that we found him.Most importantly it's safe to say that ive made a friend and a brother for life .

Absolutely a terrible Attorney and worse human being. He talked a good game when I first met him. Told me he really wanted to handle my case. I was very emotional about my case and he played on my emotions by telling me ALL he would do. He talked me out of 4500 dollars, which I payed immediately. I was promised a letter within 30 days in which it took him 4 months. I basically wrote the letter. He listened in on ONE --23 minute p[hone call. As far as I know --that is ALL he did. He would not return phone calls nor do anything agreed upon. He told me that he was closing my file, after promising TEN hours of work and a letter. He did not fulfill his obligations and would not refund any of my money. I am 64 years old and only recieve Disability income. My money doesnt copme easy. I feel like he has stolen from me. If my review helps anyone make a decision to use him or not then good. Please DO NOT fall in the trap I did. He is what makes ALL Attorneys look like crooks. He gets ONE star only because it would not let me put a fraction of a star..I will follow up with a letter to the NC Bar Association.

I got wrangled in a Ponzi scheme and a case of identity theft in 2012. I'll spare you all the details and just want to say that I am thankful I found Atty. Field. His extensive legal knowledge and expert advice made it possible for me to get the justice I deserve. I highly recommend Atty. Field.

Elliott has a knack for employment law and handled my recent Unemployment overpayment case, in which I was on the hook for $9K, and won the case. He helped soothe several nights of lost sleep and got the process done smoothly. Good rates also!

I received a determination of “ineligible” on my NC unemployment insurance claim. Mr. Field handled the appeal. His reasonable rate meant little handholding. But when the appeal was heard, he presented a clear and persuasive argument on my behalf, and the referee ruled in my favor. I won!!! Highly recommend Mr. Field.

This attorney is money driven and has a terrible professional presentation. He was unprepared for the case and embarrassed us with his germaphobe behavior. Dont waste your money!

Someone I know stated he is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and biased towards his own clients. He did not provide any outcome with her case and dropped her after taking her money. She does not recommend hiring him.

Stay far away from this attorney. Paid $2000 to basically write a letter. No follow up ever. Responds to email just to state he'll get to it next week but next week apparently never comes.

The worst I've seen yet paid him 1500 and he didn't even come to court to represent me my advice DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS ATTORNEY.

I believe he was a very good attorney. I had several unpaid tickets due to expired registration and I lost my licence. On top of all that I got pulled twice for driving while my licence was revoked. In general, a situation like that would be expensive to defuse anyways, even more exponentially expensive without an attorney. He responded last minute when no one else would, without hesitation, and was more than willing to help. Long story short, all my charges were dismissed and I have my licence back. I would suggest Elliot Field to represent me again 10 times I've!

Takes money without providing services. Of course he will accept small payments when no one else does...why does it matter if you can come up with a couple grand instead of five grand if he never intended to do anything. He made one phone call. Wanted me to copy my own paperwork. I seriously doubt he even read it.

I paid him $1500 to help with my case. He did not return phone calls and constantly canceled and postponed phone meetings due to personal reasons. When I called him out on not following through with sending out letters he was supposed to write for me, he sent me a nasty email and ended our client attorney relationship. I had to hire another attorney for the same as you. I do not recommend.
