Fielding law apc is truly amazing they went above and beyond to help me even though they could not take my case. They took the time to figure out who would be the best referal to give me. They gave l me a number of a lawer that might take my case that they think would best fit for my case and to check in on me to see how it went a few days later. I called other lawyers and they said I could not help and would just send me a link to a website with a bunch of different lawyers that was just so confusing I did not even use it. So they truly care here they put way more effort into trying to help me then any of the other places did. I am truly thankful for their help. I would send any of my family or anyone I know to this firm.

I was in a car accident October 2021. I was referred to a law firm that couldn't take me as I was out-of-state, but they referred me to Fielding Law. I felt like the team was very understanding and sympathetic of my circumstance as I'd been T-boned by an oblivious driver. They took on my case and proceeded accordingly after providing them with all the information they requested. My case manager was at first communicative, but the communication dropped off quickly. I had to reach out for information including how to resolve a letter from collections for my medical expenses. My case was open for two years with very little movement and during those two years I got caught in the middle of office movement. It was only towards the end when there was more engagement and I was being encouraged to provide anything else to help the case. My case manager had continued to change and I continued to have to reach out for updates every couple of months. I was finally put on priority to have my case resolved 9 months after they had closed it before it reached statute of limitations. My address was wrong, so I waited to get information on correcting it. They finally communicated with me that it was fine and I completed the paperwork. There was radio silence again until I reached out in November asking for yet another update. Over a year after my case was closed and with a lot of pushing I finally got my check. I understand there were much higher profile cases above mine, but I felt deeply under prioritized. Update: I updated my review from 3 to 4 because I'm grateful for the follow-up I received after posting my review and would like to still honor my experience. Clark reached out with empathy and a desire to understand to further improve and grow the firm. The unique nuances of my case were explained and so were some misunderstandings, evident from my initial review, that helped me better understand my experience and what was going on in the background at the firm. I left the conversation feeling heard, my experience validated, and appreciative that the time was taken to share more details and hold accountability where reasonable.

These are my opinions based on my experience with the firm: Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review. After reading others reviews I was very excited to get in contact with Fielding for my lawyer needs. I spoke with Jared, an APC, and ended up being completely ghosted. I was told he would get back to me by mid-day with an answer if they’d take my case on. We spoke at 7:30am, and I was told I would have this answer by noon. After exchanging a few texts (in reply to questions Jared had) I started to receive only silence. At 2:50pm I called and asked to speak with Jared because our previous check-in time had come and gone, I was told he was busy and would call me back. I never received a call or text back. It has now been 4 days with no response from Jared or the firm themselves. I will be finding council elsewhere and suggest you do as well. This behavior is unacceptable. Edit 6/5/2024: I received a call very soon after posting this review. Jared let me know that the firm wasn't going to take my case because the property damage wasn't significant enough for them. Not an issue. The issue is that I was not called or contacted at all until after the poor review was published. Since this review was posted, I have been contacted multiple times to get me to edit/remove my initial review. Unfortunately my experience with this firm only earned 1 star. They couldn't manage to find time to handle this professionally in the first place, but now that there is a poor review they are more than on top of contacting me. Update 6/7/2024: It seems my last update wasn’t what they were hoping for. I received an email letting me know that, should I fail to remove my review, I would be facing a lawsuit suite for journaling my experiences in this public forum. This comes to me as an unusual response, attempting to attenuate individual speech, from legal professionals. I was perfectly content to leave this review as it was originally but I will not be intimidated by law-fare attacking my individual rights confirmed and enshrined in the US Constitution.

Clark and his team took care of everything perfectly! Great communication and a successful case. Not fun to get in a car accident, but glad to have had Clark the Shark on my side.

Fielding Law Office & its staff are a group of injury lawyers & its staff who are honest, kind, and takes very good care of the clients from start to the finish, which is, giving the check of the final settlement.

Clark's team went the extra distance to get me the settlement for my car accident case. I was turned away by a lot of the bigger law firms but Fielding Law took a chance on my case and ended up getting me the insurance limits. I was not expecting to get anything out of the case at all. My medical bills and liens ended up getting resolved and I got a sizeable amount of money after everything was said and done. I am glad I went with this firm as I felt like they took the time to review each and every angle rather than getting the insurance money for their fees like the bigger law firms do. I’ve been so happy with my experience with Fielding Law that I’ve referred my friends and family to them for different cases like worker’s compensation, getting fired, mold cases, slip and fall, wrongful deaths. If it isn’t a case they can handle, they have found someone to help. I will always choose this firm for my legal questions.
