Jon and Hannah of Fields Law Offices are my heroes. I was injured as an ICU Nurse during covid, denied Workman's Comp because my state said employers are not responsible for employees who contract covid on the job - even if you are an ICU Covidnurse. My country begged me to step up, and when I was injured turned their backs on me. Then my Disability Insurance Company said - we are no longer paying you. I was broken - mentally, physically, and financially. And then Jon and Hannah stepped up and treated me with respect, and got my monthly disability checks reinstated by my insurance company. Jon called me himself with the good news, and I sobbed. It was the first time in five years I received good news. I seldom recommend services as I find most people lack character - but I can easily recommend Jon and Hannah of Fields Law Offices because they have Honor & Integrity, Compassion, and grit.

Great experience with a great law firm! Answers all my texts, emails and phone calls! So I thought anyway so here I got a phone call from Hartford insurance company stating that I got overpaid and I need to pay all my money back. Does that mean my lawyer has to pay me his fee or do I have to pay his feedback out of The Hartford. Can’t wait to figure this one out. I will keep you posted.

Lawyer was always difficult to get a hold of. I always felt rushed when speaking with him. My case took more than a year of negotiations and he would never keep me updated. Not even a call or email to say still no counteroffer. I would always have to call him to see how things were going even when he promised to update me every couple of weeks. Once the settlement papers were signed he never returned my call. I called right after I signed the settlement papers with follow up questions about the paperwork I signed and he never called me back. I tried to get in touch with him 3 times over the week following the signing but he was clearly done with me. He had gotten him money and really that's all that mattered. A win (no matter how small) and a paycheck.

Very disappointed and financially hurt. Find a better law office.The relationship started out great. I needed help and was searching the web for disability attorney's. They called me on a Sunday evening and put my mind at ease. They sent letters to the insurance company for no charge, and got me assigned to a new claims analyst. Great! I'm grateful! And then in June of 2025 I was forced to do an IME. Brenna just wouldn't give me any advice on what to expect or how to handle the exam. They were just there to earn 33% if I was denied. I was on my own. I researched other attorneys and watched their videos to learn how to handle the IME. In November '25 I was offered a buyout. I hired Fields because I'm loyal. I was assigned Joyce Trudeau. No advice period. Taxes were mine too figure out. I asked for an annuity and was denied. I'm not sure she asked the insurance company or not. I asked to have the payment delayed until after the 1st of January for taxes. She never asked them. I called my insurance claims analyst and asked her, was told no. I was paid on 12/22/25. 10 days before the first. This is going to cost me about 22% in taxes plus a year of about 3.5% interest. It should be 12% taxes and interest for a year. That's a lot of money. This is my income. The settlement was weak. $1800.00 additional on top of the original offer. I took it to be rid of the insurance company. She gets $590.00 of that. THEN she took a $400.00 consulting fee that was offered for a tax accountant or for an Attorney's advice! None given! Do the math i got $1200.00, she took$1000.00. And I pay an additional 10% or more for state also! There's more to. Just to much to write. Incompetent, negligent, greedy. Do your homework! Stay away!!!!
