Fillmore Spencer did a horrible job, cost me money, and ensured that I will remain in pain because of their lack of diligence. I was working with Randy Spencer on a car accident case that we just finalized from 3 years ago. I did almost 2 years of physical therapy, doctors appointments, Injections, Chiropractic work, and decompression. I am still in horrific pain, but my doctor told me to stop treatment and look into alternative care options because the treatments we were doing were not helping, but hurting. I found a clinic that does injections and electrical pulse therapy to strengthen my back muscles again which is what I need done. The clinic does not operate with insurance liens, so I was told by my legal representation to get a future care treatment plan from the clinic and that would be figured into the case and I would be awarded the money needed to get my therapy. I had spoke with the legal office several times about what my treatment plan was, and they were told all of the details. They get an offer from the insurance to settle without even considering the additional care cost of around $150,000, and I wanted to go through arbitration to try to get the cost of the future care covered. This is when Randy Spencer called me on the phone to convince me not to go through arbitration because I would most likely end up with less money because they will not view the treatment plan as a legitimate treatment even though I have had a few treatments done that I paid for out of pocket, and they worked for me. I asked why they let me go through all of the work of going through the trouble of getting a future treatment plan that the insurance would just disregard, and I still have not gotten an answer on that. So basically, They took 1/3 of my settlement, but my "Legal Counsel" didn't "Counsel" me. They ended up just costing me money. There was no reason for them to know what my treatment plan was for a year, wait until its too late to find a different treatment plan, then just tell me that treatment plan would be viewed as Taboo. I gave them around $33,000 of my settlement amount and they did not guide me correctly through this. I will never use this attorneys office again, and I hope nobody else ends up throwing away money on such negligence.

Randy Spencer was a huge help during a stressful time. Our insurance company wasn’t willing to cover us after an accident, and Randy stepped in quickly. He was very responsive, asked the right questions, and kept things moving. He sent a strong letter to the insurer with citations to Utah law and made it clear he was prepared to file a complaint. Almost immediately after that, the insurance company changed their position and covered us. Randy was efficient and mindful about keeping his billable hours down, and he genuinely focused on making sure we were treated fairly. I’m very grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation.

Working with Filmore has been great! I worked with Debbie and she has been very helpful and worked diligently on working on my case . I was very skeptical at first because This was all new to me and i had many questions and concerns, but they helped me understand the process and very communicative and explained the best approaches for my case. If it wasn't for them, i don't know what I would have done with my medical bills since my motorcycle accident. I have been working with Fillmore Spencer for over a year with Mark Dobbs the first couple months I made sure I got all the paperwork they needed on time within a week of being asked about it I spent the next year doing tests and stuff with different doctors each time I had to get an appointment it took months so that is why it is taking all this time he had to get one paper and took him over 3 months I've been contacted twice in the past month about Him or is Aid getting ahold of me neither time high have I been called or contacted there's been at least five times he has not contacted me when he set up appointments every time I call him he's busy I never get a call back I feel like the 33.5% he is getting I'm throwing down the garbage because I have done all the work up to now to get anything done I really would like to know what he's getting paid for I guess nothing because he has done nothing he has contacted workman's comp at least to get my appointments for the doctors but that's all I know he is done his aides have done everything else but still it shouldn't have taken months to make a phone call to workman's comp to get my appointment I'm sorry about the one star but something really needs to get done

Terrible place! My mother hired Adam to help us with a divorce case, paid him a retainer which he stated would be most of the case and probably wouldn't cost much more. It was usually difficult to get ahold of him, about 8 months into the case I was told my mother owes an additional $7,000 and then more lost communication and my mother lost her court case and everything she owns!
