I debated writing this review; I decided I want to share my experience; I paid $3000 dollars and felt like he was on the other parties side. Since day one he was rude, and talked me to like I did not know anything. Every time I met with him I had to re answer questions, name of child, age, gender etc. I had two non-negotiables, that I let him know up front, that I would not settle for. When it came time sign the documents(after a couple of years of back and forth), I had to check the whole document to only find out it had been snuck in by the other party. My attorney did not review it and let me know, I had to say something. I had to communicate with him and follow up with him in order to find anything out. When it came time to finally time to settle in court, I was asked if a few dates would work. Never confirmed the date/time, I had to reconfirm with him the night before. Did not prep me on what to expect, etc. During court, he fumbled through and even wanted me to agree on a date that was not communicated/discussed prior. Overall, I felt he did not take my case seriously, and felt like he had the other parties best interest in mind. Would not recommend.

Chris Fink is a good attorney. Honest and straightforward. Super realistic. Definitely recommend him for custody matters.
