Some case reviewer named Peter obviously has other priorities than returning a scheduled intake call. Bad look for a firm that touts itself as working hard for clients. Disappointing. Will seek representation elsewhere. Don't need to bother with bad follow through at the beginning.

3.5 years ago my life changed when a full size SUV ran a red light at a high rate of speed, totaling my Range Rover and leaving me with serious and substantial injuries. Not understanding how their heavily advertised/billboard and call center based system works, I contacted 411 Pain and was referred to one of their lawyers.
