Called exactly a week and a half ago today, a nice gentleman named Ben answered the phone. I told him what I was in need of and he said Adam would be the man for that particular job but that he was in court and would call me back. He then proceeds to put me through to his voicemail where I left a very detailed message about what I had going on, my name and my number. I’ve still never received a call back. I gave them a week and a half so I’m moving on to start researching and calling other attorneys around Knoxville now. I’m kind of glad this happened because if communication is already this bad up front, I can’t imagine how hard it would be to get ahold of someone if I had actually started working with this firm. Bullet dodged. Just keep this in mind if you’re thinking of reaching out.

Jason Fisher handled my case against a personal injury auto claim that I considered highly frivolous. Jason handled my case for roughly 18-months before it was dropped, and while I think he had a straightforward fact set, he was exemplary during that process in quite a few ways: 1) I like to ask a lot of questions, and Jason was continually available throughout the process to educate me on where we stood 1) (a) I inquired about alternate legal strategies, and he was able to articulate very persuasively the benefits of his recommended course, and he was not bothered that I asked about different approaches 2) He demonstrated strong fact-finding capabilities, providing material information during discovery that substantially highlighted the weakness of the claim 3) He was able to expertly describe how the process would run from a steps/timing perspective, helping me understand from the beginning what I was getting into.
