If you have kids and love them, avoid this firm. They Will not listen to you, fight for you, or your kids. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will hide documents from you, and laugh at you when you say it's not fair

Terrible people. Avoid. They do not care about anyone but themselves. Gross. And the office is disgustingly unclean.

What a great place to go keep going there I believe you'll get up the best experience you can he's a good people don't let them down they will help you do what you need to do thank you for being there for a Cheyenne

My husband was assigned to Leann not once, but twice. She was very rude and very dismissive when it came to determining monthly child support. Unfortunately, we did not have a choice as to who we could use for a mediator. Next time, we will be sure to request someone else, even if it takes longer to have an appointment. Very unprofessional!

Made an appointment with Jesse Ronning. Was told he would call me at scheduled time. I waited 20 mins past scheduled time, and finally called the office. Was told that he was unavailable and they would leave him a message. A week later and still waiting for that appointment and call back.

My lawyer was Robert Fite and he did a great job of representing me for getting a careless driving charge off of my record. I would definitely recommend these people for law cases as they are responsible, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced too.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-zero concern for clients, the worst customer service-absolutely no concern or revere for customer service whatsoever, MINIMAL involvement if even that. My mother's case was left to Leann and we have been working with her for a few years now. My mother is in her mid 60's now and has tried to call for clarification or even a simple explanation as to what the letters she is receiving mean and is never given an answer or explanation. I have often heard the response is "well what does it say in the letter" she can read-she is not an invalid-she is simply trying to decipher through all the legal jargon in your letters. You could at least have the decency to use terminology someone without a law degree could understand.

Leeann goes off the word of a person without checking facts and bases decisions of wording! She is the worst child support evaluator I have ever met in my life. She did not even check to make sure the other parent was telling the truth!
