Sorry, I average about 35 hours per week on the Hideaway Hills litigation (housing development in Black Hawk). We are locked down aside from prearranged office appointments and only take 5-10 new clients per year. I know that can be extremely frustrating when you're trying to find an attorney or trying to get ahold of one!!!! God bless and I wish you the best.

Larry this was years ago but I still share the story with others to this very day! I remember getting up with Kelly and going to watch this tired and having no idea about how she could represent you. Truly fascinating. The Judge took about 15 minutes explaining that Kelly wasn't licensed to practice in (Wales I think), that she was an American lawyer and that there "wasn't a process by which she could make an appearance," aside from the Hague convention that allowed her to. He then asked her if she was asking to be recognized under that provision. She said yes and was recognized. The lawyer for the petitioner then gave an opening statement. He spoke for about 30 minutes all the while telling us that he was not going to go into every detail! He would speak by essentially repeating the points he was trying to make in different ways. I was very tired but because of the way he spoke if I (zoned out) I could perfectly understand the point he was trying to make. The law is particularly well suited for the English way of speaking. The way they communicate leaves no room for ambiguity. If anyone reads this and doesn't understand what I'm trying to convey, watch Gerri Nell's cross examination of Oscar Pistorius. Truly an epic.
