When I first started with the firm, I had a woman name Marissa. She was wonderful. She up and left never called me. To Let me know. I was given to Richard. Fitzpatrick never returns my calls. I call and leave him messages on what he can do for me with my Workmen’s Comp. insurance company because they want to talk to him and not me. The insurance company tells me he’s never called them. I fell at work. I have a bad knee and I also have thoracic outlet syndrome in both my hands from work which I’m losing all feelings of my hands I just want someone to take care of me. That’s all..

I was waiting for the right moment to do this. My intention isn't to cause harm; it's more my duty not to remain silent. I had a case with this firm, and unfortunately for me, I never imagined that they didn't value my case. They didn't care; they didn't help me. I trusted this firm, and now, after almost four months, they call me as if nothing happened, asking stupid questions when they didn't do what they were supposed to do. How sad. They didn't care about my situation. I was confident that it would be resolved. I have debts and deep pain. How disgusting to be treated like this.
