No stuffy suits here, these guys are wild. Bright, articulate and personable. You will not regret a call to this office. Paul Gallardo took my case after I had met with a couple local attorneys. He negotiated a fair payment based on my needs, and read my repetitive emails. For me, he was the legal voice that ran interference. He listened, gathered information, and not only formulated a defense, but developed tactical offense while seeming to be benign. He's the real deal. (I was ready to battle to death and the case was dismissed.) The line between what happened and what they "say" happened only has your attorney between you and it. Don't bury your head in the sand. Give them a call, find the money. If you are on the other side...These guys are a bad day. They are smart and deticated to their clients. They will make you work for it. They will treat you fairly, and be good mediators, but could also hand you your ass if you aren't prepared. Paul will disarm even the most venemous client, he has both the whip-smart legal mind and the charm to be best friends with your them, and witnesses them before they hit the stand. Plus, he is genuinely a good guy. If he takes a case, I get the feeling he will fight for his client in an honorable way. That might mean a reasonable settlement or plea. Sometimes thats best for everyone. Try to meet him somewhere, IF he gives you an offer it's fair. .

I can't say enough good things about Paul Gallardo... He became my 2nd lawyer a month before sentencing & managed to reduce it by 24 mos. At the time he assured me that if there was anything further he could do in the future he would... True to his promise he recently reduced my sentence again, resulting in an over 50% overall sentence reduction.
