Elizabeth Fleming is not honest with my dad. My dad tried to find out about his finance, and make sure he know whereabouts for his money. Elizabeth always say NO to. my dad. My dad worked all his life. He deserved to be happy and do whatever he want with his money, it is not Elizabeth's money!!!!! Elizabeth is not professional because she said that she hate me. I am here to protect my dad's interest!! I even emailed to her and she never replied me. Please protect your elder parents!1. Elder people do not deserve to die unhappy! I still have not received the ledge from her yet. It has been 2 years now. She charged each email, phone call, and text. She is horrible person to charge everything from elder people. My dad is struggling to get money back. I am fighting till I die! Elizabeth took half of my dad's money. I am still asking for ledge so hope Elizabeth will face her karma and God will take care of her. Hope she will disbarred! Her father own the office. He is old but honest. Elizabeth is the daughter and run the office and not honest. My dad knew his stock broker, his stock broker knew her father. He was shocked that Elizabeth run dishonest office. That's how she become rich by taking all elder's money. Maybe she spent my dad’s money on her own personal things.

I received a recommendation from Pima Council on Aging to contact Amy Matheson, an attorney at Fleming & Curti. The issue was regarding Long Term Care Insurance/Partnership agreements and Medicaid spend down with states. On Thursday, I left a clear phone message indicating the issue and my return phone number. On Monday, I received a call at work, NOT the number I clearly left in the message, from the legal assistant. I don't mind the few days it took to return my call and I don't mind talking to the legal assistant, even at the wrong return number - I have a law degree in TN and I am well aware of how law firms' work. But this legal assistant was short, curt, and wouldn't let me explain my situation until I had to interrupt her to ask if I could finish my thoughts. After finally being able to explain the situation, she immediately said that they've never heard of my issue before and gave me a phone number to someone in Tucson who might be able to help. It's fine if the firm doesn't think it can handle or want to handle my issue, but It's odd that a law firm who advertises itself as concentrating on "long term care (Medicaid) planning" wouldn't have ever heard of my issue. It's also odd, and disappointing, that the PCOA recommended an attorney from this firm. I received two phone calls after the call from Fleming and Curti from other elder law attorneys in Tucson who were well aware of the issue I was encountering and were willing to help. As a potential client, and someone who has a legal education and background, I expected better conduct and professionalism.

Fleming & Curti, PLC was very helpful as both legal counsel for our elderly Aunt's Trust and as Health Care Power of Attorney. Both Legal Counsel and Case Worker's were transparent and responsive to family inquiries. The case workers, especially the primary case workers were caring and empathic towards our Aunt who was in a memory care unit. They were great advocates for our Aunt.
