What does it take to get this man to return a phone call? Getting him to file appropriate charges is a lost cause. Going to escalate this beyond his jurisdiction, tired of playing games and begging for safety!

Have to keep on top of Mahar when it comes to my court case. Doesn't return phone calls in a timely fashion.

Mr. Mahar's secretary is rude when I asked to speak to Mr. Mahar about a case he is involved in for years and is still going on she kept interrupting me and of course would not let me speak to Mr. Mahar he does not get back to lawyers who have been contacting him on this case it is my son case trying to see his son and I am grandmother who also would love to see my grandson. He just prolongs everything. I am not going to say everything about this case it is too long as I said it has been going on for years.

What a disorganized office with rude people. After trying to contact the attorney for a week we had to stop in to even get an answer. HE made a mistake in a contract because he clearly didn’t take the time to make sure everything was correct which cost us a lot of money in the long run. But he of course was okay with getting paid more to fix his own mistake. What a joke! Save yourself and go elsewhere for professional help, because I can promise you, you won’t get that here.

My sons mother eunice homan has withheld court ordered visits since July 13 2020. She retained dennis mahar to represent her in court. on aug 13 during court a magistrate asked dennis to immidiately get my visits back. Mr mahar said he would negotiate terms of exchange with my attorney during upcoming week. Mr mahar outright lied to the magistrate. 8 weeks later and still no attempt has been made to contact my attorney to negotiate an exchange. This is called acting in bad faith. Mr mahar in fact intended to keep my visits from me as long as possible so that when we went into mediation my son was held over my head as a bargaining chip. Instead of coming into mediation to negotiate i was told to meet a list of demands or i i could see my child. As a result of mr mahars underhanded practices my son, who already has seperation anxiety from his mothers past attempts at alienation , will be seperated from his father for 5 months. It is too early to verify this with the ABA, however in a few months im sure you will be able to see this incident in their files. After telling my story to the overseers of the BAR , they URGED me to file a complaint
