I worked with Jessica Mendez on a legal matter. While the case was ultimately resolved, communication was a significant challenge throughout the process. I often experienced delayed responses and limited updates, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. I want to be clear that this review reflects my experience with Jessica Mendez only and is not directed at her partner, Connie. I believe clearer and more consistent communication would greatly improve the client experience.

I am so grateful that Connie Flores was my husband’s lawyer for his recent accident case. To be honest, at first glance, Connie has a very serious presence, but she is actually the complete opposite once you meet her! Ms Mendez was assigned by the court to represent on a guardianship… a year later I called more that 5 times asking for a receipt. I went to the office I called and still to this day I haven’t received nor the receipt nor a call back. Will never go nor recommend this “pink ladies”
