The Florida Health Care Law Firm is excellent! I was looking for some legal advice regarding starting a health care practice in Florida and filled out an inquiry form on their website. I was quickly contacted and set up for a phone call with one of their attorneys. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions. Certainly would recommend!

I had a phone appointment for a consultation and the attorney never kept the appointment. Didn't cancel. Didn't reschedule. I emailed the office and no one replied to the email. First impressions matter.

I am glad some customers actually received helpful services from this law firm. My brief encounter, however, was quite the opposite. Customer service was not a pleasant experience to say the least. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst Law Firm I have dealt with. As a physician, getting things completed in a timely manner is what is expected. It took 5 months to get a contract for NP's who would be starting and still has not been completed. Most lawyers have a pre-completed template for contracting (would assume a healthcare law firm would have had this done) and made minor changes. These minor changes, have taken more the 5 months to complete and still aren't finished. The attorney called back roughly 3 times, was charged all three times for him to ask about the same thing 3 times, as if he doesn't take notes / recordings of the call to make sure he has all what he needs. This law firm is incompetent and would recommend looking elsewhere for your services.

Attorney Carlos Arce was excellent. Provided our company with clear, direct practical advice ,very quickly. Highly recommend.

Chase Howard spent way more time on a basic contract I had and used up all my retainer funds even though I did not need that much work! Now I cannot get him to do what I needed him to do because he went on a crazy jaunt changing everything that did not need changing in my contract!!! Very frustrating.

I’ve been using Jeff and his team for 10 years. They’ve given me great advice on running out office legally and have represented us on sales and purchases. They are more than fair and explain everything in detail because often there are more than 2 ways to skin a cat. Attys are not cheap but they’ve saved us so much money by preventing mistakes. As we grow, we continue to lean on them for advice.

Had a bad experience with Ashley. She did not deliver on her promised results. I felt it was a bit inconsiderate so I would not go back here.
