I cannot say enough good things about Jamie Allen and my case manager Alana Wheeler. I reached out to Jamie while in the hospital and she responded immediately. Alana has been my rock with solid advice, quick responses, positive and kind energy. They both have worked so hard to make sure that I had everything I needed from doctors appointments to contacting providers for billing to going after the insurance company and providing direction. There was very little to work with with my case as the driver was not insured but Jamie and Alana continued to help me navigate the system. They are STILL helping me even after the case closed. I was in a car accident last year. I was sitting at a red light and someone wasn't paying attention and drove right into the back of my car at almost full speed. I was stunned and he told me to pull over - which I did and then he took off! Dazed and confused, I called Jamie because I didn't know what to do. Right away and she tried to find the person who hit me by requesting video from the nearby store's security cameras. She was so amazing, so calm and professional and ORGANIZED. She was not able to get the video but that didn't stop her from trying to help me!! She was able to immediately refer me to awesome Doctors to help me get MRI scans and treatment on my torn Achilles tendon and back injuries...and got payment from my own insurance policy!!
