Amazing communication and service! Called the office late on a Thursday. Spoke to an attorney on Friday (as scheduled) regarding a 5 year long probate with another firm. Continued to communicate with the attorney on SATURDAY. Attorney Charles David answered all of my questions, reviewed documents, and gave me peace of mind. He went above and beyond when so many other Florida attorneys refused to intervene or give me their professional opinions.

I cannot begin to say how amazing working with Florida Probate Law Group has been. They made the probate process for my husband so much easier on me. Nadine was my attorney and I cannot thank her enough for everything! I recommend this firm to everyone!

I’ve never had to fully deal with any kind of probate after the death of a parent. My mom passed away a few years ago and she had no estate assets that needed to go through probate so when my father passed away a few months ago, I was a little bit nervous about the process because it can be very intimidating when you think about things that have to do with the courts and attorneys. I have truly had the best experience you could possibly have in a situation like this. They not only made the process very easy to handle, they also had compassion & integrity. They were intentional and were very clear with next steps and the timeline. They were extremely good with communication, I never had to worry about them getting back to me when I asked a question. Why you always hope that your parents and everybody’s parents could live forever obviously that’s not the case. But I can say that if you need an attorney that does probate law. I used Florida Probate Law Group after reading a lot of good reviews from other customers. Being in the UK and having to deal with probate in the USA I thought was going to be very awkward and be quite stressful. After my mother-in-law passed away we contacted one of the attorneys that had prepared some of the will documents asking for some advice. My husband was promptly told that we would need to pay a $6,000 retainer first then they would look into it. Needless to say we didn’t send them a dime. A few years passed while we tried to get some help on how to find an attorney to give us some advice with no luck. Living in the North East while my MIL lived in Florida complicated things. Once again I tried to find some advice about wills and probate in Florida and came across an in-depth article about how estate law can be handled. This article was written by the David’s - a law group that only handles wills and estates in Gainesville FL. After learning so much from the website my husband and I agreed to call. Our call was late on a Friday afternoon and after speaking with the lovely receptionist she set us up with a phone call with the staff member who handles the initial intake. We were surprised to hear from him mid-morning on Monday. We told him about our mother’s will and the issues created by waiting so long to close it out. He assured us that the handling of the will would be easier than we expected and arranged for a free consultation with Mr. David an hour later. Mr. David called and gave us advice. Finding out there was a trust in place and no other beneficiaries involved he told us to just contact the bank to have them put the accounts in my husband’s name. After a 15 minute call we were told we didn’t need to go through probate and didn’t even need a lawyer to handle the accounts transfer. We were shocked. Something we thought would be a problem handling, now was so simple. We haven’t taken the next step with the bank yet but I can’t thank him enough for the free advice. We are so relieved. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. From the initial call, where Kathleen answered my call and gave me a wealth of information on what they can address legally. Mr. David, the attorney was out of town for the week, but Kathleen gave me some insight in what would need to be done for my issue. She set up a call back for me. She was the nicest, and most professional person I have ever talked with. I did receive a call back from the office and set up a phone consultation time. Mr. David, the attorney, spoke with me via phone at the scheduled time. He was professional and caring. He listened patiently, asked appropriate questions and gave us the answers we needed.
