They are very professional and patient as I had tons of questions and they guided me properly through the entire process. Got left with a hospital bill to cover and another bill they were supposed to cover being I paid them to! I would never ever go through them again! Had about 15 different paralegals and attorneys they obviously have something going on they loose them or fire them! Don't know because they wouldn't tell me, they just moved my case one to the next and I had to call numerous times otherwise my case would have never closed! They do not keep there word and lie and tell you what you want to hear! Worse attorney company to call never call them or 1800ask Gary! You will regret it!

I have read the reviews listed below, and actually quite surprised. I am 9 months into my case, still in the negotiation phase, and I am very impressed with Florin Roebig. As far as my case is concerned, I have nothing but good things to say. Everybody is so nice, and they have gone out of their way to answer any questions, concerns I may have. Somebody has always gotten back to me within the half hour. The paralegals that have been assigned to my case have been nothing but wonderful. They always break the law terminology down into "English" which makes everything easy to understand. The hurdles I endeavored after my car accident were a lot less difficult with them on my side. I have nothing but positive things to say about them, anybody who is considering them, give them a chance.

Great firm needs help with customer service aspect. I was involved in two accidents one requiring surgery and they closed my case fast in about a years time from the accident. I also had a friend who was hit on her motorcycle and the driver had no insurance but they were able to recover 20k for her even though the hospital visit costed her more due to breaking both arms it did help her out alot
