For what the law stated: The Judicial Ruling: as an investor The atmosphere shifted when the judge ruled the initial stop illegal, apparently was not ilegal. Under the Exclusionary Rule, this is the "poisoned tree" moment—any evidence found afterward is typically "fruit" that cannot be used. But they still move mine case up the chain of commands we fighting for our rights to have a fair trial ! The Legal Failure: As a spectator would have observed the prosecution's case collapse because, once the stop was invalidated, the legal foundation for all subsequent charges supposed to be removed. But as mine experience the floor 2 on court 202 never cared about the sign, they were more focus to prove wrong the constitution , as mine personal analysis. What didn’t allowed me to get mine charges also removed , that rooms feel a little bit different than the other rooms . So just be careful.

Paid him 3k he asked for another 3k. Asked him why and he said nvmnd he can work out a deal and got me a year supervised probation for a non felony charge. Should’ve just got the court appointed lawyer for the outcome but tried to do things the proper way for once. So if your skin color look like mine, they gone play with your life for some money. I work hard to feed my family like everyone else
