Flynn Law & Alioth Title

I am a bit remiss about leaving this review, but my conscience is telling me I should. I am trying to find a business to help notarize documents and have dealt with this firm in the past with positive experiences. However, something changed, and with this request I was turned away. The reason, because I had the initiative to write my own legal documents instead of going through their firm. I just feel like this is part of a growing trend to squeeze extra money from the average person. I did not pay them the thousands of dollars it would have cost me to write up the paperwork, so they are not helping me notarize the signatures for less money and costs (a service they not only provide but I have used them for in the past). I respect that every business has a right to refuse service to anyone and will respect that, but at what point are businesses going too far. Just some food for thought, and I still wish them all the best.

“Clear communication and smooth real estate closings, Flynn Law gets it done” is what the website says but in reality none of this is true. I hired them for a simple cash / land deal and they couldn’t even handle that. I was ignored multiple times, my buyers attorney was ignored multiple times, closing dates were missed and all I received was excuses from the receptionist (since that was the only person I could get to respond). Christine, Heather and even the owner Patrick could not be bothered to pick up the phone and explain themselves or apologize for the complete mishandling of the transaction. Then to finish it off, they recorded my buyers title incorrectly! 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1, they should all be embarrassed by the extreme lack of professionalism within their firm.

I contacted Patrick Flynn regarding the review of a lease agreement. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with him, there was no response. When he finally replied, he presented the proposed lease agreement with a fee of $1250. Without prior communication, I assumed he had already made the necessary edits. I expressed my view that the fee of $1250 was unreasonable. Subsequently, he called me in a rather agitated state, informing me that he did not wish to represent me and wished me luck before abruptly ending the call. Following this, he sent me an email reiterating the same message. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and his fee was exorbitant.

Very disappointed with how this firm handled our real estate closing. They sent the proceeds to the wrong person and failed to take prompt or adequate steps to correct the mistake. Communication was lacking, and no one took clear responsibility. I would not recommend them for handling important financial transactions.

Jim with Flynn Law was wonderful to deal with through the buying and selling process. He always maintained a calm and professional manner. He was accommodating and patiently handled all the questions and concerns that came up with the transactions. Flynn Law as a whole would be great to work with on your legal needs.

Mr. Patrick Flynn goes above and beyond when it comes to his services. I can not stress enough his commitment to the end goal as well as his attentiveness coupled with a beautiful positive attitude. Can’t wait for their Leominster office! Xx
