After paying this firm $10,000's of dollars the attorney representing us called my wife and I into their office the Friday before we were supposed to go to trial and when we asked what was going on because his behavior had been so strange and distant, he explained that he was an adopted and only child and that his mother was terminally ill and that he was not mentally or emotionally able to represent us. We were stunned, knowing that we had spent so much time and money with a trial in only 3 days. Nobody in this SMALL firm stepped up to the plate. The emotionally disturbed and distraught attorney representing us RUSHED to the Tarrant County Court House and removed himself from our case. We hired a large and respectd firm in Ft. Worth, but at great expense and even to this day one of the principals in the firm claims we still owe them money. What is this legal system coming to? Flynn, Clark and Associates....you should be ashamed of yourselves.
