Although the circumstances surrounding my case were less than desirable, Rob and his team were consummate professionals. Mike, Rob, Melissa and Jennifer ALL treated me with respect and were very helpful throughout the duration of my criminal case over the past year. My incident occurred July 2019 and I was indicted in the wrong county October 2019 where I was facing 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. I was not aware of this until January 2020 and that is when I hired Mike Daily and Rosenberg & Associates. Mike worked diligently in Portage County on my behalf and my case was ultimately dismissed due to the incorrect venue. It was picked up by Summit County and I was indicted for the F3. Mike worked to get my charge lowered to a F5 and was able to get me approved for the Intervention In Lieu of Conviction program where after a year of compliance, my charge will be dropped and sealed. Mike Daily has ALWAYS been available to me for all of my many concerns and questions. He is extremely knowledgeable. Also, very understanding and compassionate. This is my first time ever being charged with a felony and I was scared to death. Mike kept me informed and at ease throughout the entire process. He is the hardest working attorney I have ever met.
