I worked with Wes Mortensen with a personal injury settlement and they made the process very easy and painless which was a relief. From hiring to final settlement was just over 6 months. I was very happy with this timeframe and whenever I had any questions they were answered promptly!

The absolute worst closing company in all of Spokane. As a realtor that has been doing it for years, Ford law is the absolute worst communicator and won’t even tell you when a transaction closes. Do NOT close a real estate transaction with them. For anything else who knows how they operate but if they operate the same as in real estate, do NOT use them for anything.

I reached out to Stephen Ford to inquire about a real estate matter regarding an easement. The five minute conversation I had with him trying to explain the situation was one of the rudest, most unprofessional and condescending conversations I've had in years. Use anyone else.

Receptionist treated me like I didn't belong there. Then she required me to wear a mask, despite the fact that she wasn't wearing one. I left without going to my appointment. So I don't have an opinion on their ability to practice law.

Asked for a will to be updated. Promised 2 weeks. 1 month and 3 days later nothing. Called spoke with staff, and given the lawyers are busy excuse. Asked to have old will sent by mail to my house. Bet I get a bill for nothing....
