I cannot recommend Larry enough. I was wrongfully arrested in Virginia for reckless driving and accused of being part of a street race I had nothing to do with. Things quickly escalated into a DUI stop. I performed and passed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, but after refusing the breathalyzer, I was arrested anyway. After wasting time and money on two other attorneys who pushed me to plead guilty and did a poor job defending me, I decided to fight for my innocence. That’s when I hired Larry, and it was the best decision I made. By the time we got to appeals, his reputation alone spoke volumes. We didn’t even have to go to trial. All charges, including DUI, reckless driving over 120, and refusal, were dropped. I walked away with a Not Guilty verdict on everything. Larry is the real deal. Think of him as the “Better Call Saul”, but with absolute professionalism, integrity, and results. He and his team treat you like a human being, not a case number. They don’t judge you, they don’t sugarcoat things, and they don’t waste your time with lies or runarounds. With Larry, you get honesty, sharp strategy, and a true belief in innocent until proven guilty, the way our justice system is supposed to work. Even after my case was resolved, I’ve maintained a professional relationship with Larry. This review does not reflect Mr. Forman himself as an attorney. I can tell you first hand DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I had one of the associates (Evan) and he would not even present caselaw or any other means of defense to the County Attorney. He made zero effort to resolve anything. $16,000 dollars to get zero results. Wish I had a choice of no star. Everything was botched from start to finish in the case, however he didn’t want to hear any of it.
I appreciate this review, as it provides an opportunity to highlight that, despite our best efforts, some clients may never be fully satisfied. Mr. Smith was presented with all available options throughout his case. My former associate, Evan Bates, is an exceptional attorney who represented him diligently, offering regular updates and strategic guidance. Although we strongly advised against proceeding to trial, Mr. Smith chose to do so. Evan prepared thoroughly, but on the morning of the trial, Mr. Smith accepted a plea deal that spared him lengthy incarceration, allowing him to walk away a free man. Two years later, he posted this review. In our line of work, we understand that outcomes may not always align with expectations, no matter the dedication involved. We wish Mr. Smith every success in his future endeavors.

I’ve used Mr. Forman and his team twice now for criminal matters. In my honest opinion, he is one of the best attorneys in the state, if not the nation.
