This is a law firm that represents JXN Water. I have now reached out THREE separate times following up on a claim form I submitted with no response. I’ve reached out to JXN Water who told me to follow up via email, no response. I then called this law office today and was told the same thing. When I asked how long it would take as it’s already been a month all they could tell me was that they were “backed up”. I submitted multiple service requests none with any response for well over a month. Yet conveniently the day after I sent my claim form, they had guys fixing the road. I just want to be reimbursed for the two tires that were destroyed from JXN Waters negligence.
