Anita was extremely rude when I called for help with a payment. She hung up on me four times before even addressing my concern. When I finally got her to stay on the line, she simply transferred me to a department that was already closed. It was a very frustrating experience, basic customer service courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking.

Mr Simpson help us enormously through a very long and stressful legal case. He was always available to answer any questions we had even ones already answered.
