Two colleagues working in unison was breathtaking. Even with the Covid19 issues, we were able to handle the issues, with what limited information we had and set up requests for further data retrieval. Currently, we are at the fork in the road for Federal Court review, but we were able to hammer out with professional directness that it might not happen. Even if so, I was able to see the a quick turn around of necessary SSA documents. He is also in contact with colleagues that handle Veteran Affair law for development of the SSA claim. Each case is unique and Foster and Weinberg know how to handle it well. I am also glad they know their clientel. I am one that prefers direct talk and nothing soft. Whole truth without the fluff. They delivered!

I am not a resident of Alabama, but I am privy to their excellent customer service, courteous staff, and the Managing Director Greg Foster who I had the pleasure with speaking personally with today regarding an outside matter about one of the partners they parted ways with. (John Young) That action in my opinion shines a light on their willingness to address potential negative perceptions about their firm and their commitment to fairness and being good people.
