I reached out to Matt in crisis when we needed Medicaid to help care for our mom, but had been given different answers from 2 different lawyers, neither of them positive. Matt dove in to our complicated situation on his own time and researched the law, cases, and consulted with a colleague to be sure his advice was solid. He gave us hope when we had been told we either couldn't get Medicaid or would lose our home. His work made a huge difference, as we went forward with the Medicaid process and getting badly needed facility care.
