Kind, caring, and compassionate - this is the only way I can speak referring to Elyse and Tiffany. My case against a nursing home started with strangers who quickly became friends. Elyse McKenna and her senior paralegal Tiffany Shanahan did a fantastic job guiding our family through a lawsuit against a nursing home (our Father developed a severe pressure ulcer shortly after being admitted there). Elyse and Tiffany kept us informed always in a timely manner in regards to what was happening in the case. Phone calls, texts, and emails were ALWAYS answered within a day!
