Ryan Sink was wonderful to work with. He was professional, prompt, honest, and kind. I highly recommend working with him!
Ryan Sink was my employment attorney. From the first time we spoke I saw Mr. Sink as being thorough and detailed in his work. He explained the process the whole way and answered my questions. He contacted me often to keep me updated, as well. I appreciated that! I am grateful to Mr. Sink for being up front and very honest to help guide me through . I appreciate his hard work and tenacious approach. đź’Ż Thank you, Ryan Karen May
Worst first meeting with this lawyer EVER . He ask me all about my case and then he proceeded to tell me all the fees and charges to even take on my case not knowing all the details I have been harassed by my employer as an ADA cancer patient. He didn’t care for any of that just told me their fees and hang up on me . Do not recommend at all . Get your case somewhere else .

Very personal and professional law firm. I highly recommend Fox & Sink.
They gave me a free initial consultation via email. They couldn't take my case but at least I was not charged anything for the consultation.
Fox and Sink listened to me and believed me when no one else did. Other lawyers I spoke to just assumed my case would be too hard, and if they were even willing to consult with me, wanted several thousands up front just to get started. Ryan genuinely heard me. He was still straightforward and honest, didn't just blow smoke or anything—he let me know there were no guarantees, but he was still going to be fair with me, and I could tell he believed that what I experienced was real and worth addressing, and that I wasn't just being whiny or litigious. They gave me options that made the process financially feasible, even for someone who lost their income. They communicated extremely well, very clearly, and frequently, and did everything they said they would do. They also made everything I myself needed to do very clear. I didn't feel alone once through the process. I think the most important thing they provide clients is really just that benefit of the doubt. Not "benefit of the doubt but you have to pay us $$$$$ right now because this is only a 50/50 shot" but actual benefit of the doubt, and faith that I wouldn't be talking to them if I was just angry and dense and wanting to get back at someone. That was the hardest part of all of this, approaching lawyers with my case and getting that feeling like they just thought I was wanting to get back at someone. That was absolutely not the case with Fox and Sink. I wasn't just a client or paycheck to them, but an actual person who was dealt a bad hand, and who was worth helping. If my case had not gone the way it did (positively), I'm sure they knew that would have affected both of us, but they took it anyway because they're good people who believe employees and want to fight for them regardless. Of course, every case is different, and they're going to approach each case differently—but they aren't going to just roll their eyes at you, or turn you away, or treat you like they assume you're just after money. They actually care about employees being treated fairly, and they care very much about the actual law, and educating you. I will always recommend them to anyone who even has a question that something that happened to them at work may not be right.
A lawyer that is no non sense, straight to the point, and will take your needs seriously. Ryan was a pleasure to work with, thankful to have him on my side.
Do not use them!

I have repeatedly tried contacting Fox and Sink back after my initial phone screening in which they told me to just call them back if I needed any help, and I've called and left multiple messages now with zero response from any of them. If you don't want clients who have winning cases then just say so when you first talked to me! I need a lawyer! Don't lead people on and say "Call us back if you need representation" if you aren't going to give it! EDIT: Now they're responding telling me I have them confused with another firm, these people are a real piece of work trying to act like they haven't spoken with me over the phone. I guess I can be glad that they've ignored me seeing them for their true colors. There is no mistake or confusion. Do not trust this firm!
Hi, we believe you may have us confused with some other firm. Feel free to email us the details at info@foxsinklaw.com. And respectfully we request you remove this google review.
Top notch law firm. No pressure and took the time to listen to my story before trying to sell services that perhaps weren’t in my best interest. Asked intelligent questions (as expected). Got the exact result I wanted. Highly recommend!
Thank you.
Ryan Sink was wonderful from start to finish, he made the entire process simple. Once I contacted him, he made himself immediately available for a consultation and to look over evidence and laws. He was in constant communication and I never had to wonder what’s going on or wait for a response. Ryan was able to guide me through every step and explain everything to me that I needed to know. His negotiating skills and demeanor are top notch. Ryan made the experience peaceful for me, where I could focus on my own life without the stress and worry of legal stuff. I would and will recommend him to anyone who might need an attorney. Thank you Ryan!
Thanks Inna for choosing Fox & Sink.
Great firm. Ryan Sink was my contact throughout my case. Any emails he received/sent, I was copied on within 1-2 mins. of the actual email being received on his end, he was thorough and quick. In regards to his personality; he was easy to work with and made sure I understood everything that occurred as it was occurring and didn't make me feel stupid, which is easy to do from a lawyer perspective. Total turn around was approx. a few months - very open and close case, seamless transition throughout and was aggressive where he needed to be and patient when it was needed as well.
Thanks Ally!

I used Fox and Sink to help with a dispute with a former employer. Ryan was very straightforward and professional. The whole process was very transparent and I was kept up to date with the case as it progressed. Ryan helped me get a favorable outcome that I wouldn't have been able to do alone. Highly recommended
