I feel, as though, he shot straight with me the entire way through my over 2 1/2 year process, never leading me with false expectations. Everyone in the office is incredibly nice and Michael will personally sit with you and give you the best advise for your situation. He does not rush the conversation, he will explain the whole process, and he does everything he can to get the most for his clients. I was rear ended by someone who had terrible insurance. I called Michael and he set me up with a doctor that did x-rays and therapy. I did not have to pay for anything out of pocket even though the case was not even close to being settled at this point. He just wanted to make sure I get the care I needed and told me not to worry. I got my car fixed straight away and Michael said he would take care of everything with the insurance companies. I thought I got everything I was going to get and I was happy as it did not cost me anything, but then when the case was settled I got a check because Michael fights to get the most he can. THEN a few months later Michael calls me up and says I am getting another, much larger check. Turns out because he did an extra bit of leg work, there was an additional settlement. I came into the office to get the 2nd check and he sat and talked with me for a while. One of my family members had a similarly great experience with Michael which is how I was referred to him.
