I was unjustly dismissed like trash or a replaceable object, just another number. I was left with severe, lifelong damage to my lower back, hands, elbows, wrists, neck, and shoulders. Although I refuse to be confined to a wheelchair, I will continue fighting for a life, enduring this pain for as long as my sweet money will allow. I will not give up. I will walk with pain, I will sit with pain. Life will never be normal again. I can't even bathe without feeling pain. There are good days and many bad ones, but I know I will not give up. False advertising about their expertise and consultation. Another situation where the gatekeeper “intake specialist” miscommunicates and throws business in the trash. Too many leads coming in, and money goes in the trash as a result of mistreating people. The owner should know this.
