Franich Law Office, LLC

Absolutely terrible law firm. I would not recommend to ANYONE. Extremely unprofessional from both John Franich and Heather Brown. Very limited details on serious matters, very limited information on serious matters and very little direction on anything related to your case at all. After 2 years! of business being finished with Franich Law firm they were still trying to bill me for “invoices” not even labeled for anything. After emailing the law office back a first time, I was ignored and then was sent another invoice by the law firm. So after a 2nd time emailing and explaining how unprofessional the business was being I was told “please take our sincerest apologies, our computer systems messed up in the beginning of the year”. How a computer system sends out paper envelopes in the mail is beyond me, but It just goes to show you that no one in that office is truly paying attention to any details, it is simply a cash grab and on to the next victim. On a side note, Abby Dillard is awesome. Helps in any way possible, just a shame the rest of the “team” is never on board.
