Where do I start? Do not fall for the commercials you see on tv or the phony paid stories you hear about going with this law firm for when you are in an accident, unless you die, lose a limp, get hit by a big rig or have any major surgery. Also even before careful if your accident makes the news [this company loves the publicity] because once they dig deeper and find out that the news made the accident more exciting than it was they will treat you so low. This company switched me through 3 attorneys within the first few weeks of deciding to go with them. Then the last attorney that got stuck on the case; Taylor Erwin, he was the absolute worst for communication, following up with me and keeping me in the loop. He started okay talking about all this money they could get me and of course themselves. Then as the case went on they kept trying to use a minor pre-existing condition that has not bothered me in I don't know how long to turn the case around. Taylor basically then turned the case into saying it was not worth anything at all and at that point when he [and the company] realized it was going to be a tough fight [I would say] they treated me horribly!!! I wouldn't hear from here at all for months and months. Then I thought okay maybe I can follow up with management, HA what a joke. Mr. Pennywell is the most disrespectful, condescending phone bully. When I mentioned reviews and that I should have took a better look at the reviews before settling with this company he got even more enraged and told me to not be like the others and threaten the company with a bad review. Both Taylor and Mr. Pennywell made me feel so low and incompetent. I am not the attorney and I am sorry that all my questions about my case and how it was being handled was such an annoyance and bothersome to them. At that point I was asking for another attorney still trying to give Frank Azar company another chance but then I got the response that I have no right to even ask for someone else to take the case or even have another set of eyes on it. If I could I would un-check the box t ever see a Frank Azar commercial. I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody at all. Do your research, they make it hard to communicate over the phone and don't even dare to try to meet your attorney in person cause they clearly do not like to take their time out to do that either. If your case is not going to make them mega bucks they are just going to treat you like some little scum case that they got stuck with and anger you so much that after so much time you leave to start over somewhere else cause they are that horrible. The only strong experience you will get from this company is a strong arm straight to your own self by your own attorney appointed from Frank Azar. DO NOT fall for the bogus paid stories on the commercials where they most likely have paid the clients to make their case seem so great and Frank Azar got them so much money, DO NOT fall for the strong arm bulling you will receive from your attorney. I could be wrong and other attorney's at the other offices or within the company could really be great and amazing but for myself TAYLOR ERWIN and MR PENNYWELL [apologies that I don't know his first name, cause that was such a hassle to get out of that man] were the absolute worst and I would NEVER want anybody going through a car accident case to deal with them on top of the car accident situtaion without their extra's. They will make you feel like a low, incompetent burden and I want Frank Azar himself to know that. We live in a day and age where people check reviews to decide if they are going to a place or not. If you look at their bad reviews, similar things are said and manager Mr Pennywell's name is mentioned in the bad reviews so if these are the face of the company that Frank Azar is operating it makes it seem like he operates the same, just strong arm the clients for the money unless like I said, if you pass away or lose a limp your little car accident is nothing and Taylor himself said that to me. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, BETTER LAW FIRMS OUT THERE!!!

I first started with top dog law, and their communication was absolutely horrible! I called Frank Azar and they got me in lined out way better and I have several points of contact for questions. I had messaged top dog law and I had questions and they sent me an automated message asking if I had any questions…. 🤦‍♂️

I had a car accident in 2023. I hired Frank Azar's firm. They worked the case for a year and then drop the case without reason, leaving me with over $10,000 in medical bills through a provider they had set up. Total garbage would not recommend. Ramos Law picked up the case and we are now in litigation with Fred Loya insurance. If you ever find yourself in an accident with somebody that has Fred loya insurance, beware they will not settle quickly.

The initial experience was very pleasant and smooth. They provided clear communication was and was very informative. I look forward to working with them.
