Frank was able to resolve an issue with a cruise line that due to a foot Injury on a prior cruise had placed me on their do not cruise list. The cruise line had refused to let me use almost 2k in credits with them. Frank is very professional, direct and puts clients and their needs first. He was able to get me off the list and now able to use my credits.
