I called frank taff’s office to discuss my financial options and was told he leaves early on Friday’s, so I was asked to call back on Monday. After calling their office just now, I was told by Loretta that in Mr. taff’s exact words, he doesn’t want to talk to me. This is because I’m in the state of Florida, however my finances are all done in Shawnee county. I’ve consulted a few attorneys in Florida who all say that I need to contact someone in Shawnee county because laws vary by location. After my sister recommended this firm to me, I thought he must be good. From this point forward I will make sure to inform everyone I know to never utilize frank taff’s services. This was the most unprofessional and rude way to handle my inquiry as I did absolutely nothing wrong. Even if he said these words to Loretta, she should have filtered them because I cannot fathom ever saying this to someone as I have been in customer service for quite some time. Truly disheartening and disappointing to know that this is the way they handle things here.
