I hired Frank on 02/26/2023 for an informal hearing, I paid Frank in full a total of $1000.00, my recommendation to anyone is not to use him. I've asked for a refund and he won't answer me period. Frank is a dishonest person who, in this case, is a thief. I've contacted ARDC and filed a complaint on him. Hopefully, action is taken against Frank because from other reviews, he has stolen from others. This situation has put me in hardship financially and has stopped me from my promotion at work due to him not following through on his end so and delaying me getting my license back, I am now having to do the hearing on my own. Frank Scarpino is a thief and a fraud.

Very professional and dedicated lawyer

Takes advantage of vulnerable POCs who are unfamiliar with the court process. Paid $5000 and did not see him again. Had to call secretary for updates. He picked up his phone once to tell us he was busy with other cases.

Mr. Scarpino is most understanding, highly experienced and most frank attorney. He has helped with my cases a few years back and I would recommend to others who would need a good advice. He is a good Christian, too. So, I will trust him in the future as well. It's hard to find a good lawyer who will carry through for you.

Scam He is a total Scam very ugly attitude and yells and threatens you. Once you pay him he will not show up to court dates and won't take your case serious.

Horrible Horrible Lawyer Missed my court dates and yelled at me for calling to ask where is he at after I payed him off ahead of time, poor representation. I did find the best Lawyer ever because of his absence a Good Fellow by the name Tom Occonor

Im not exaggerating one bit when I say he wont answer your calls or texts once he gets paid, his voicemail is always full on his cell and office. Hands down the worst lawyer I have ever encountered in my life. He literally does not care if the case is about your freedom. This is the only scenario in which a public defender is better than a private lawyer. I never leave reviews because my opinion doesnt matter but if this can help one person chose any other attorney im glad to help.

Frank Scarpino is the BEST attorney money can get you. He is reliable, personable, thorough and has more knowledge about criminal and family law than any one you will ever talk to. Not only did he take on my DUI criminal case but he took on my family court case as well and crushed them both. You don't want to be an attorney going against Frank unless you want to question your entire career.
