Please do not use her VERY BAD experience Trust me it's sad when you pay good money and get nothing in return

The price for soy milk in my grande caramel frappe was ridiculous. I also paid for an Xtra espresso shot yet the drink tasted weak like it didn't have it. That one drink was almost 10 bucks n they didn't care about the fact that my hard earned money was basically stolen by not putting the shot in. Rude. I don't have infinite resources n work for every penny. Was treating myself by paying for a espresso shot then didn't get it. Basically, disappointed when I saw the drink. The whip cream was runny and not to bethe top. No caramel in the cup either, just a swirl on top of the seemingly melted whip cream.

They where unable to help me so nothing to say either way.

Mrs Franklin and her paralegal Desiree were very professional and very helpful. She took our case when no one else would since we had started the process before hiring her. They answered our many questions and kept us updated on everything. So glad those others turned us away. Sometimes the little guy is just what you need to get things done. Carla Franklin and her paralegal, Desiree' were upfront and honest about the process and length necessary in every way possible in dealing with the Social Security Administration. After several failed attempts on my own they were able to reach a successful ruling. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. I highly recommend them!!!

Horrible experience. If I had known her practice was only part time I would have never used it. Receptionist was extremely rude and lied. Carla hides behind her and other than the first interview Carla never returned a single phone call. My suggestion is find an attorney who is available and cares. Carla Franklin is lazy, rude and perpetually unavailable to her clients. I gave her 1 star because negative numbers were not offered.

I asked Ms. Franklin for her help 3 yrs. ago, and was not disappointed. I knew my situation would take that long. Ms. Franklin , and her assistant Desiree, were in touch with me all the time. Mrs Franklin knows how to deal with disability judges. She chose the correct avenue to go with my case and I was awarded immediate Medicare coverage along with my disability and 3 years arrears. I am very pleased I chose Mrs Franklin and her team for my disability claim.

The office was rude and inconsiderate. Will not be using them.
