People don't report rape because even with a rape kit, bruising IN and ON your body, and a hospital and police report, the grand jury will decide its "not enough evidence". They won't even test the rape kit. The detectives on these cases don't care either. This court does not favor the victim, especially if the victim is a woman or a child as evident due to the high number of reported and unreported rapes vs the number of convicted rapist.

The results of discriminatory refusal to prosecute which allowed multiple attempted murders to go unpunished and the attacker to remain at large.

Prosecuting Attorney G. Gary Tyack is allowing his staff to deliberately disregard clear risks to public safety, playing a "pass the buck" game to ignore indisputable evidence of major violent felonies, discriminating in cases involving the LGBTQ+ community.

Back on 2022, my car was vandalized. As a victim, I've never hear back from anyone, even though I called , left messages, and sent emails. The prosecutor went to a different area, and from the contacts provided that were handling the case, a request for status and restraining order was never acknowledge. As victim on case 22-ju-06267 and 22-ju-06254, I can attest that the Constitutional rights for Victims of Crime, was never followed.

SINZAE REED was a beautiful young man who was shot in cold blood. they are refusing to press charges against a grown man who shot a 13 year old in the back and killed him. they wont answer the phone now.

Imagine letting a man go that shot a 13 YEAR OLD and claimed self defense when he was in possession of an illegal firearm because of a DV charge! Krieg Butler shouldn’t be free and yet you failed the justice system!

If you brake the law they will make you a plea deal to get out of trouble. They don't care about victims of domestic violence.

My neighbor threaten me and my dogs with a machete stating that "if" I didn't stop him from barking that he would end my life and my dogs life!" My dog was barking because this nut was outside yelling and pounding the weapon on his railing. I look at what's going on in our nation and realize there are some crazy people out here. Their slow moving pace gives me the feeling that they don't really care. I bet if the shoe was on the other foot... Update: I received a letter stating that there was "insufficient evidence to pursue any charges" in the mail. Translation: They could care less about what this nut case could do. Don't waste your time with them.

Today i went as a victim of years of domestic violence . My ex was being charged with 5 felony charges . He broke in my house that he no longer lived in for over 8 months none of his stuff there . He kicked in my door 911 call on evidence as well as all pictures and statements. He walked today after this being his 3rd domestic just against me . They don't want to help until my family is crying outside the court house in purple shirts with my picture on them that reads Rip.. Franklin county you would think you would have helped .. in this case it was open n shut ..
