Very helpful with my debt management and customer support

This people are based of of lies to keep you in the program im told something different every time I get a call im going on 4yrs with these lies about 6month or so I was told out of 5 accounts 3 where settled now this worker tells me its only 2 accounts thats just have been settled, I cant believe the lies to keep you in the system so I ask to cancel no they say ill lose all the money's its been given to whatever other settlements they've got going which its a contradiction being she just said I have no money accumulated because of the 2 last and only settlements in 3yrs , what you guys think ????

I’ve been working with this program for almost 3 years now and have really enjoyed my time with them. They’ve able to successfully help navigate all of my accounts. Most importantly, they are extremely responsive and helpful whenever I contact them, always answering my calls within a minute or two. Would recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend these fine folks if you want to get your credit cards paid off. Friendly staff and they will definitely keep updated on you progress. I had cancel my plan due to I circumstances with my finances. When I get back I’m definitely going to be calling them again. Mrs Shannon was very polite when I called in today. This program has saved us from mounting debt. The customer service is top tier. At first I was worried that I was being targeted for something that would negatively impact us, but we're halfway through the repayment program. We wouldn't have been able to tackle this so quickly if it weren't for the repayment program through Franklin Legal!
