Very unprofessional

Poor council not the informative at keeping client up to speed on claim status and even wanted me to accept far less than what I deserved as an innocent victim of a car crash that was 100% not my fault. Do your diligence before hiring. PS the paralegal was clueless. And seemed to be the actual one handling the case which would explain so many misinformed mistakes!!!
