My husband and I used Richard Scrugham for our estate planning. He was thoughtful, thorough and treated us as if we were his parents/grandparents. We hadn't updated our wills etc in a long time and had some major changes that had to be written in. He asked us questions that we wouldn't even have thought about. The papers were sent to us ahead of time so we could be prepared when we walked into his office to sign them. We would recommend him to anyone. He also provided us with complete instructions on how to find his office and where to park. We were not familiar with that part of Knoxville. He is trustworthy and professional. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Super knowledgeable and helpful! I spoke with James, one of the attorneys at this firm in regards to a suit. He guided me as much as he could over the matter and even researched some details of the case as we spoke on the phone. We chatted for around 20 mins about my options. Even though I didn't have much of a case, James still took the time out of his busy schedule to get ALL the ins and outs of my matter at no charge to me. If I ever have a civil problem in the future he will be the first person I call!
